1. Digital Product Policy
All products sold on our website are digital downloads such as eBooks templates courses or software. Once the product has been purchased and delivered it cannot be physically returned.
2. Refund Policy
Because digital products cannot be returned all sales are generally final. However we may offer refunds in the following situations:
You were charged multiple times for the same product.
The product file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
You did not receive the product after payment.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
3. NonRefundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
You changed your mind after purchase
You no longer need the product
You did not read the product description before buying
You lack the required software or knowledge to use the product
4. Product Access
After purchase customers will receive a download link or account access to obtain the digital product. It is the customer’s responsibility to download and store the files safely.
